All items must be returned within 60 days of receipt of your order with the completed Returns & Refund Form enclosed, and must be returned in its original packaging with all Cur@ted By garment tags and labels attached.
When returning items, please obtain a Proof of Postage from your local Post Office. To find your nearest Post Office as well as details about its services and opening times, please visit https://www.postoffice.co.uk/coronavirus-help-support/branches.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Cur@ted By Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 60 days of receiving your returned goods and will send you an email notification to confirm this.
If you choose to return your order, please note that it remains your property until it is successfully received at the Cur@ted By warehouse, and please ensure you keep any Proof of Postage safe until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Although our services are currently running normally, please note that due to coronavirus your returns may be delayed in getting back to us and therefore a delay in process may occur. Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm that your return has been processed.

Cur@ted By is unable to provide Free Returns for International orders and therefore the cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. It is advisable, for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt.
Please mark return packages ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic sale value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to Duty once they reach the UK.
Important Note: It is very important that you mark your return with the value of £0.00. If you do not mark your return in this way then Cur@ted By will be charged customs duty, VAT and a clearance fee on your returned order. This fee will then be deducted from your refund amount.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods.

We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned according to the Cur@ted By Returns Policy. The refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method within 60 days of receipt.
